I was injured in a car accident and the driver was ticketed. I had, what I thought, were normal aches and pains which were steadily increasing. I received an email from the driver's insurance company stating they paid for my ambulance and emergency room and in addition, they would give me $1300 dollars for me to keep. That did not seem like a lot since both cars ended up totaled and I was feeling so sore. I spoke to family and friends who encouraged me to talk to an lawyer. I did not contact anyone directly but rather, posted to a generic site asking for advice. I received a call from Scott inquiring about my accident. There is no cost to meet. So, I did. He assured me, no settlement, no cost on my part. My condition started declining. I was seeing a chiropractor and visited a physician for a hip injection. I could no longer exercise and it was a struggle to walk a few blocks. I was becoming depressed. I returned to my physician who explained to me although I had osteoarthritis, before the accident I was not a candidate for hip replacement, but now, I was. Several months later, I had chiropractor bills, hospital visits and surgery costs to contend with. All was covered because of Scott Butler's hard work advocating my case with the insurance company. I am pain free and happy. The final settlement: $200,000 versus the initial offer of $1300. Wow! Had I not met with Scott; I would not have known any better about my rights as someone was injured by another party in a car accident. I am so grateful to Scott Butler and highly recommend him!

THANK YOU from the whole family, Scott!! :) December 2019 my mother was literally run over by a Ford F150 truck TWICE while walking to her car in a parking lot. Luckily this accident did not kill her, but she had MANY injuries; some of them have left her permanently disabled.
